On September 4th CVNN organized a meeting at Yes!Delft. The central theme was to learn more about how start-ups view Corporate Venturing.

The meeting start at 3M, which is located next to Yes Delft with a network lunch. Afterwards 3M presented their view on Corporate Venture and shared the results of the  “CVC value to Entrepreneurs survey”, which was conducted by Ewa Grzechnik of 3M, This survey run under the Kauffman Fellowship program sponsored by 3M.  CVNN members can download the results of this survey (member area > documents)

The next part of the program was at Yes!delft. Yes!Delft  explained its way of working and its (impressive) results. The main part of the program was dedicated to a roundtable discussion with start-ups of Yes!Delft. Some of the ventures already work together closely with corporates, whereas others are looking for contacts and partnerships with corporates. A few ventures pitched their case and told us more about their relationship with corporates and what they would like to get out of these partnerships. Afterwards there were roundtable discussions in mixed small groups of representatives of the corporates and the start-ups. At five o’clock we were  invited for a drink and joined the weekly network event of Yes!Delft.
