3rd Corporate Venturing & Entrepreneurship Summit - Academics Meet Practitioners

The 3^rd Corporate Venturing & Entrepreneurship Summit – Academics meet Practitioners on Wednesday March 16 , 2022. The event took place (in hybrid form) at Erasmus Enterprise, part of Erasmus University Rotterdam. The main theme of the event was “Connecting the dots” – learning to collaborate with different partners as part of an ecosystem strategy

This summit brings together the latest insights on corporate venturing & entrepreneurship, both from a practitioner as well as from an academic perspective. Professionals from corporates and researchers from academia from all over Europe will share their knowledge and experiences on the different aspects of Corporate Venturing. It is a unique opportunity to network with corporate venturing professionals, researchers and VCs.

This year, the keynote speakers will be:
 -  Ard-Pieter de Man, Professor at VU Amsterdam
  - Mirjam Ros, Director Operations at Airbus and Author of The Innovation Matrix
  - Francesco Di Lorenzo, Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School
  - Wendy Kwaks, Program Manager transition armed forces at Ministry of Defense
 

Program

The program included also a debate about whether we learn more from our failures or successes. In the afternoon, the participants could attend several workshops.
